Who handles your data
The seller identified below is responsible for the personal data processed through Envelopery. You can browse and download free templates without creating an account.
What we use and why
We use account and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order specifications and correspondence to provide accounts, process orders, arrange delivery and answer requests. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps you request before entering one.
We process invoice and VAT information to meet tax and accounting obligations. Business VAT validation may involve sending your VAT number to the relevant official validation service. The legal basis is compliance with legal obligations.
Technical logs, IP addresses and session information help maintain security, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, balanced against your rights. Marketing communications, if offered, require a separate appropriate basis; buying or creating an account does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
Optional analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics processes information about your device and visits to our public pages to help us improve the shop. Who receives information

How long we keep information
We retain order and fiscal records for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting law.
