Terms of sale
Your order
Envelopery offers envelope templates and physical envelopes. Before ordering, check your chosen dimensions, shape, paper, colour, quantity and finishing. Your order summary records the specifications and price of your purchase.
Screen previews illustrate the design. Colour appearance depends on your screen and lighting; paper samples provide a better reference. This does not affect your rights if supplied goods fail to match their description or agreed specifications.
Prices and payment
The payable total, including applicable VAT and delivery charges, is shown before you submit your order. Business customers can request an invoice and provide their billing and VAT details at checkout. VAT exemption applies only where the relevant conditions are met.
A payment authorisation may reserve funds before they are charged. Production begins only after material availability is confirmed and payment has been captured. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and release or refund the corresponding payment.
Delivery and changes
Production and delivery information is provided for your order. Tell us promptly if you need to correct its details. Changes to personalised goods may no longer be possible once production has begun.

Free templates
PDF and DXF templates can be downloaded without an account or a purchase. Check the dimensions, paper suitability and equipment settings before cutting or manufacturing. A template download does not place a physical order.
Your rights
These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Greek law applies, without depriving consumers of protections required by the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Any mandatory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and the details so we can investigate.
