Production and delivery
Made for your order
Custom envelopes need production time before dispatch. Material availability, the chosen specifications and quantity affect the schedule. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
Production begins after material availability and captured payment are confirmed. If we cannot fulfil the agreed order, we will contact you rather than substitute paper, colour or specifications without your agreement.
Destinations and delivery costs
Available destinations, delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. A country or territory that is not offered at checkout cannot currently be served through online ordering.
Check your delivery address carefully and tell us if your order must arrive by a particular date. An essential delivery deadline must be agreed before you order.
Dispatch and delays
We will provide dispatch information for your order. Any delivery estimate is separate from an expressly agreed delivery deadline. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, consumer goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.
If an agreed delivery period is missed, contact us. Your rights to require delivery within an appropriate additional period or to terminate the contract where permitted remain unaffected.
Receiving your parcel
Check the parcel and goods on arrival. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate. Risk passes to consumers when they or their nominated recipient take physical possession, except where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not offered by us.
