Something i've found recently is a version of FireFox that enables pixel scrolling on macs
(IE: on a macbook, you can scroll smoothly using the tracpad, scroll 1mm with your finger and 1mm on the screen.. but normal scroll mouses scroll in small chunks at a time.... etc.

To force install old (current) versions of add ons, install the nightly extension.
Also - if you hold option+comand on a mac, you can drag-scroll pages, just like a PDF.
